Because we do debt/bankruptcy relief and bankruptcy legal work, we are mandated, under Title 11 of the United States Code, to state the following: “We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.” This may also include a “federally supervised repayment plan,” if you qualify.
