For over 125 years, ChamberlainD’Amanda has served the Rochester community by representing and serving in local governments and non-profit organizations.

Our Municipal Law Practice Group represents local governments and government agencies with respect to town/village law issues, municipal litigation, land-use planning, and general business matters.  Additionally, we work closely with our real estate and business attorneys to assist clients in governmental/regulatory matters and land-use planning.

Our Non-Profit Law Practice Group counsels and represents non-profit organizations in their legal matters, including entity formation, taxes and tax exemption applications, litigation, and general business matters.  

In addition, our attorneys and staff play a vital role in area charitable and non-profit organizations as board members and volunteers. We support and encourage their volunteerism and participation in the community.
