Our Non-Profit Practice Group counsels organizations in the formation of non-profit business corporations, New York State and IRS exempt organization applications, and charitable registrations. In addition to these services, we also represent non-profits in “traditional” legal areas, such as real estate matters, employee relations, and other business transactions.
