Municipal Law

Our Municipal Law Practice Group advises and represents local governments and government agencies in a variety of legal matters. We have extensive experience in town/village law, municipal and zoning litigation, Article 78 proceedings and municipal land-use planning. Our attorneys have represented municipalities in United States federal court and the New York State Supreme Court, and appeals to the New York State Court of Appeals. Additionally, we work closely with our real estate and business attorneys to assist clients in governmental/regulatory matters and land-use planning.
