In 1984, Stanley merged his firm, Friedman & Greenfield, P.C., with ChamberlainD’Amanda. Today, he assists clients by:
- • Negotiating and closing JDA and COMIDA loans
- • Handling commercial and residential real estate matters
- • Preparing and offering plans for condominiums and forming homeowners’ associations
In addition to his real estate work, Stanley represents many long-time corporate clients, often serving as an officer of the companies. He also continues to draw wills and create estate plans for clients. |
