FOR COMMUNITY
As an important part of the Individual Services Group, Gene provides counsel and advocacy to individuals and their families in the following areas:
- • Helping clients to develop estate plans
- • Drafting wills and trusts
- • Assisting with all elder law issues, including the development and implementation of effective Medicaid planning and long-term->
care planning
- • Representing individuals and families in court on trust and estate litigation matters.
In addition, Gene represents individual clients in Article 81 guardianship proceedings. He is also involved with HMO clients on a variety of issues, including employment and human resource matters and physician credentialing issues, and with corporate clients on employment and human resource issues.
