Much of Ed’s time is spent in individual and business services, advising clients on their business and estate plans. His practice includes:
- • Drafting business agreements,
wills, life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts
- • Business succession planning and implementation
- • Representing clients on estate and trust litigation matters—an area of special expertise
- • Consulting on estate tax with clients, accountants, and members of the firm’s Business Services Group
- • Helping clients plan for their retirement or the costs of their long-term health care as a member of ChamberlainD’Amanda’s Medicaid planning practice

Ed is active in local, state, and national bar associations. His experience includes:

EDUCATION:
Ed is a 1974 graduate of Fordham University and earned a J.D. from St. John’s University Law School in 1977. |
AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS:
He is a sought-after author, speaker, panelist, and seminar facilitator. He was named an associate at Chamberlain D’Amanda in 1977, became a partner in 1982, was appointed to the Executive Committee in 1989, and became the firm’s managing partner in 1995.
