Professional Experience:
As a member of the firm’s Family Law Department, Ms. Reinstein (Natella) concentrates her practice in matrimonial and family law. She counsels her clients on separation, divorce, custody, custodial relocation, child support, adoption, parental kidnapping, premarital agreements, postmarital agreements, and equitable distribution of property issues, such as business interests, stock options, professional licenses, pensions, and profit sharing plans. Natella also counsels clients on family immigration issues.
Ms. Reinstein had a law practice in Russia, starting her career as the Law Clinic Director for Novgorod State University Law School. She was also a law professor for the law school. In addition, she worked as a litigator for a State Trade Agency, representing clients in state and federal courts on trade, labor, consumer protection, product liability and other matters. Natella also worked for the American Bar Association in Moscow as a staff attorney of their advocacy program.
Ms. Reinstein worked as an intern for Supreme Court Justice Daniel J. Doyle and for U.S. Magistrate Judge Jonathan W. Feldman.
Education:
Ms. Reinstein holds an LL.M. degree from the University at Buffalo Law School and graduated with honors from Novgorod State University Law School in Velikiy Novgorod, Russia, where she received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees.
